Our Sake is made at Daimon Brewery, established in 1826 at the foot of the IKOMA mountain range. For 6 generations, we have been creating craft sake using the highest quality rice and fresh spring mountain water.
無垢根亭でお出しする日本酒は、すべて大門酒造で醸されたものです。生駒山系の麓に1826年に創業し、 六代に渡り、確かな技術と最良の米、そして清冽な湧き水を用いて酒造りを続けています。
